I am originally from Bangalore. My primary education took place in Bangalore.
I grew up dreaming of doing engineering but due to economic issues could not pursue the engineering course.. During my hard times my maternal uncle and aunty, understood my passion to continue my studies, took me to Sri Siddaganga Sivakumara Swami of Tumkur and explained to him my interest, as well as my financial problems, and I was allowed to study in his Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
With the blessings of Sri Siddaganga Sivakumara Swami I could pursue a Diploma in Electronic and Telecommunication. It was then that my Maternal uncle financed me to complete the diploma. Despite the desire to read, I had to work due to the dire crises at home. I started working at an MNC company called Yokogawa where I was working as a Service Engineer. Then I was able to continue my education with self-support and parallelly took care of home needs. So far in my career I have travelled to more than 10 countries and looking at the education system in these countries I could collect couple of good practices followed in schools. As the problems at home receded to some extent, I came forward to return the education loan to my Maternal uncle. However, my Maternal uncle refused to take the amount instead he advised me to help needy students as much as possible. I was inspired and recalled the blessings and support from Sri Sivakumar Swamiji during my Diploma and followed his footsteps. Although I travelled to different countries, I love my roots, home ground culture and tradition,. So, keeping an eye on all the education system followed in those countries I wanted to adopt the good practices that I observed there .
My goal is to achieve something in my home ground where I was born, setting-up a school with best education, safety and environment, reachable to everyone especially the needy, who have a burning desire to acquire knowledge.. If we want to know the way we walk, we only have to walk there and see the pain. Considering all of this I contacted, Mrs Sowmya my childhood friend, who has commendable knowledge and experience in providing an education system to the children in their foundation years, and started Planetkids (Franchise) kindergarten in 2017. I could now help a few of our staff members in getting quality education for their children.

The Cradle 2 Colors (Own Brand) Preschool was opened in 2018 not limiting ourself to Teaching children a lesson in our own originality, but also to Play with children in our own culture, emphasizing our home ground deeply in children. Similarly, our school should be open to all, but not limited to one place, with the aim of providing quality education reachable to everybody and also to provide quality environment to the staff. In today’s world for children family means only Me, Dad & Mum but wherein children need to know that values of relationship. As parents get older, they should be treated with respect and dignity as well as the importance of them. It is our intention to raise the importance of family and family relationships “Values are more important than the Valuables”. The main purpose of our preschool is to tell children what the first five years of life are like in the growing sapling. Our basic purpose is to create an enlightening environment to all children.

ನಾನು ಮೂಲತಃ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನವನು. ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ನಾನು ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕನಸು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾ ಬೆಳೆದೆ ಆದರೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ಕಷ್ಟದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮ್ಮ, ನನ್ನ ಅಧ್ಯಯನವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವ ನನ್ನ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ತುಮಕೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದಗಂಗಾ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ಅವರ ಸಿದ್ದಗಂಗಾ ಇನ್‌ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದಗಂಗಾ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೆಲಿಕಮ್ಯುನಿಕೇಶನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪ ನನಗೆ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು. ಓದುವ ಹಂಬಲವಿದ್ದರೂ ಮನೆಯ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದಾಗಿ ದುಡಿಯಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ನಾನು ಸೇವಾ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಯೊಕೊಗಾವಾ ಎಂಬ MNC ಕಂಪನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನಾಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮನೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು 10 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ನಾನು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದ ಒಂದೆರಡು ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಬಹುದು. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದಾಗ, ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದೆ. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದರು ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ನನಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನನ್ನ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದೆ. ನಾನು ವಿವಿಧ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ನನ್ನ ಬೇರುಗಳು, ತವರು ನೆಲದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಆ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಗುರಿ ನಾನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ನನ್ನ ತವರು ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದು, ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುವ, ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸುವ ಉತ್ಕಟ ಬಯಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಾವು ನಡೆಯುವ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿಯಬೇಕಾದರೆ ನಾವು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು ನೋವನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಗೆಳತಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದೆ. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಡಿಪಾಯದ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು 2017 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ಲಾನೆಟ್‌ಕಿಡ್ಸ್ (ಫ್ರಾಂಚೈಸ್) ಶಿಶುವಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಾನು ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲವು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
“ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮುಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಕಲಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಆನಂದಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿತ ಪಾಠಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ! ಇದೇ ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ!”
ಕ್ರೇಡಲ್ 2 ಕಲರ್ಸ್ (ಸ್ವಂತ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್) ಪ್ರಿಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಅನ್ನು 2018 ರಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಯಿತು, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಸ್ವಂತಿಕೆಯ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಲು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸದೆ, ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮದೇ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಟವಾಡಲು, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ತವರು ನೆಲವನ್ನು ಆಳವಾಗಿ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ತಲುಪಬಹುದಾದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತೆರೆದಿರಬೇಕು, ಆದರೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಎಂದರೆ ನಾನು, ಅಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅಮ್ಮ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆದರೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ತಿಳಿದಿರಬೇಕು. ತಂದೆ-ತಾಯಿ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದಂತೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಘನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ “ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮುಖ್ಯ”. ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಿಸ್ಕೂಲ್‌ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದು.
